Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We currently deliver within China and selected international regions. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Domestic shipping takes 3–7 business days; international shipping may take 7-15 business days.
Returns: If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item.
